Ok, I've become obsessed with Lake Placid, Florida, near rts. 27 & 70. It's the home of more clowns per-capita than anywhere in the US. It's the caladium capital, and the Town of Murals. It has a lake named Lake June-in-Winter. And the tallest concrete block tower in the world in 1960.
But that's not the crazy part. It has over 1,200 streets for a population of 2,200. There are blocks and blocks of barren streets. Like these

Popeye has four nephews: Peepeye, Pipeye, Pupeye and Poopeye. If another live-action Popeye is ever made, Roy Stern could play Poopeye. Of course he'd have to shave and he'd need a lot of makeup but look at all the free publicity the studio would get by casting him in the role!
