Bubba has always said that he would sign anyone, even Opie and Anthony, to a contract if it meant more people subscribed to the service.

If Bubba signed Ferrall, I know my sirius sub in my truck would be gone, possibly my internet acct too. At that point, Howard's Channels would be completely dead to me. Howard 101 nowadays is a cesspool of shit except for Ferralls show and Howards constant repeats over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again...

Ellis signed a multi-year contract with Sirius, I believe, the last time he was on Stern, so probably nothing going to happen there.

Bubba and crew announced numerous times that they couldnt do it, probably for legal reasons.

BMF, I have to agree. Even though they are only 2 hour shows, this has been some of the best radio I have heard out of any personality in a long time. Its always just banter between the guys and a stunt sprinkled in from time to time.

Howards shows are bland, but still tolerable to me. Bubba has been hitting Home Runs day after day, week after week, since the iO venture began. There is no doubt who the future radio star is here. The amount of content you get and the all of the other channels RadioiO has to offer makes it a bargain compared to Sirius and their pending price increase.

this guy is right. the 2 hour IO shows are sooooooo much better than the uncensored friday shows they did on howard in 09/10. mostly cuz its all banter, sh*t talking, and ball busting. plus they almost NEVER have guest on the IO show as well.

how can bubba make money by giving all the content away for free? also, it sounds like he will re-up with testicular radio and continue to run the IO shows and radioio content along with doing a testicular show. I also heard the show where everyone took paycuts, but they're all doing waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyy more work. I'm guessing the sirius deal looks better and better in hindsight. as a fan, I'm getting waaaayyyyy more content, so its all good for me.

It was on a past show they said they probably would take a 3 year deal, as opposed to a 3 year and 1 option year deal.

Yes, they did all take paycuts and are doing more work. This is leading to a lot of tension between people (Spice and Bubba particularly). I wonder if Spice will even be around in 1 year or if he is going to move on.

I think Bubba took the low ball Sirius offer personally and rejected it based on that. The content in IO is pretty good. The music stations are decent as well.
