    Andersson – her real first name was Berit – appeared in 59 movies, including 11 directed by Ingmar Bergman and two written by Bergman. She also appeared in two TV movies. Among her films: Duel At Diablo, Scenes From A Marriage, The Girls, The Passion Of Anna and I Never Promised You A Rose Garden.

    Engel, a five-time Emmy nominee, co-starred in The Mary Tyler Moore Show, The Betty White Show, Goodtime Girls, Jennifer Slept Here and Hot In Cleveland and had recurring roles on Coach, Passions and Everybody Loves Raymond. She also acted in dozens of plays and musicals and voiced characters in seven animated films.

    Danny Rapp, lead singer of Danny & The Juniors, committed suicide in 1983. Dave White, writer of their hits At The Hop and Rock & Roll Is Here To Stay, died last month. Joe Terry died yesterday, leaving Frank Maffei as the last surviving original member.
