I have to say something. Howard is saying he's against circumcision, and the main reason (per Howard) is that it's taking away sensitive nerve endings and dulling sexual pleasure.
He's circumcised and for YEARS he's bitched about having to use a condom because he's TOO sensitive.
I don't know. I guess cut or not, you adapt?? I'm circumcised (since birth), and for me, I'm fine, but I certainly wouldn't want my cock to be MORE sensitive.
