Concerts you have attended?

I'm lucky to live right in the middle of KC, so the farthest I have to go for pretty much any show is 20-ish minutes. Most are much less than that.

My show-going has dropped off considerably in the last couple years due to my work schedule, though.

That’s good. The last 10 years or so, most of the smaller club shows like that have been skipping Toledo and hitting Detroit instead. It’s only about 45 minutes away, but as I get older, I make the trip less often. (I suck.)

While skipping Toledo is just common sense, I am surprised anybody would knowingly want to go to Detroit.

I'm in the same boat - used to go to Lawrence KS ( about 45 minutes from KC ) for shows all the time. Now I haven't been over there in years, let alone for a show.

It’s mostly big shows that I go to Detroit for recently. Tool might have been the last one.
I’d have to dig through my ticket stubs to see who the last of the smaller shows was. Maybe Brian Setzer.
