I'm with you. It's the Axl Rose band. I saw GnR in the early 90's, and have seen Slash recently. I think GnR needs Slash to be GnR, not just Axl. But that's my 2 cents. Who knows, Axl might put on one hell of a show these days. He seems a lot more humble than he used to be.

Maybe he finally decided to start listening to his Manager/Agent in order to be more successful and avoid PR mishaps!

I think he's cleaned up and mellowed out. He was on Jimmy Kimmel (or one of those shows) and seemed like he was pretty decent. Back in the day he was an ass. If his show is close to what Slash puts out, it should be pretty decent. Slash still brings it. (He's cleaned up too.)

Replay started @ Noon

I was very surprised at how good the 1st 30 minutes of this show sounded especially considering I had to record and listen via satellite instead of the online stream since it started on at 2:30am(only 30 min late this time!) I'm pretty sure this is the closest we'll ever get to the original GNR sound. Sure, Bumblefoot ain't no Slash, but it does sound close. Actually can't wait to hear the rest of the show!
