    I've been at 196 for two days, but don't put me down for that yet.

    It's the lightest I've been since I started tracking my weight three years ago...

    This is a chart showing my weight since I began tracking it three years ago. As you can see I lost a bunch of weight, gained some back, lost most of it again, gained ALL of it back, and in the last year I've dropped about 20 pounds.

    Having fitness goals makes the difference. These Reedbok Spartan races are brutal and having paid money for one is great motivation not to show up fat and weak!

    The beauty about the iPhone app is that it doesn't actually weigh you and lets the user type in any weight they wish. A self weighing iPhone will not be released until iPhone8.

    I tried standing on my phone to have it weigh me, but I just cracked the screen and got no results.

    One of the interesting things about eating less (or, really, not gorging myself at meals) is that I don't desire as much food. I think your stomach adjusts to normal portions and you get full. Last week I broke down and had a fourthmeal, and I realized halfway through it that I wasn't hungry, wasn't enjoying the food, and wasn't sure why I was eating. Tonight I got barbecue for the family for dinner, and only wanted half my dinner. I put the leftovers in the fridge. I feel great. I'm satiated. Just not interested in gorging myself.

    Today I ate oatmeal and coffee for breakfast, a big bowl of Frito pie swimming in queso with 2 Cokes for lunch, a carbonara bacon pizza and 2 glasses of wine for dinner and a bunch of dark chocolate covered walnuts for dessert.

    I love my bicycle.

    I'm still at 162 (161.8). I went to Planet Fitness three times and got to go biking twice and lots of walking outside. It got up to an incredible 69 degrees here on Feb 22. But it snowed again last night so I'm starting the new week with a little snow shoveling.

    I had a big Mexican dinner last night, then slept for 16 hours. (Not related.)

    Lost a pound and a half.

    I again forgot to weigh myself. Going to a work party tonight with lots of drinking and eating so will just skip this week. Pretend I am same weight as last week.
