I hit 199 again for a minute this morning.
I had Friday off and don't go back to work till Wednesday, so hopefully I can hit the treadmill again.

I had visions of grilling all weekend, but the weather hasn't cooperated, so that's probably in my favor.

I hit 199 again for a minute this morning.

Even if short lived, that's awesome! I weigh myself every morning after my first walk. It's kinda cheating cause that's when I'm the lightest but I always do it at that time so it evens out I guess.

My goal is 197.9. I read that the average American male is 5'9 and that weight. I'm 6'1 so I figure if I can get to that weight I'll be nice and thin.

I still have a ways to go. Thanks to my long walk last night I didn't gain any weight yesterday. I stayed the same at 143.8.

Morning seems like the best time to hop on the scale. It seems like you're at your neutral weight for the day. It lets you know if you need to watch what you eat for the day or if you indulge a little.

I'm still at 199 this morning. It's finally nice enough to grill tonight, so I'm picking up a couple of steaks.....and bread for French Toast in the morning.
It'll be the low 200's on Wednesday for me.

Keep in mind that a person can only be a little underweight, but very overweight. So the average is not a good weight.

Hah, 243.8 I mean. That would be like a 101 pound weight loss in 10 days.

Yea, I hear ya. Along with what I posted above I just like the sound of going from 300 to under 200. And 197.9 seems like a solid, tough goal that I will need to work hard to achieve.

I dropped a pant size and am now in the 30's! I don't like wearing a belt and size 40 I was wearing were getting loose so I am now a 38. They are a bit snug but not super tight and I don't need a belt so score!

The French Toast yesterday was glorious. Giant slices of fluffy Challah bread soaked in goodness. Props to our friends in the tribe for inventing that yummy bread.

I conducted an experiment yesterday. Turns out, if all I eat in a day is 2 whoppers and 1lb of watermelon I still lose weight. Also I walked 8.19 miles yesterday so I imagine that helped.

And it wasn't really so much an experiment as it was me driving past a Burger King and thinking, "Oh, I could go for that 2 for $5 whopper deal they have going on but if I do that I better not eat anything else all day".

If you exercise you can feel less guilty about what you eat.

This is true, but it would be hard to keep up, day after day. And then you'd get sick like the guy in Super Size Me.

I've done at least 7 miles a day for the past 10 days and 8 miles for the past 6 days. Down to 234 this morning.

I know this is very interesting to you all but here is everything I've eaten over the past week. As of yesterday I'm starting to try hard to not eat anything until at least 3pm.

Broke into the 220's today!

229.6! I've been killing it since I started writing down my weight almost everyday (I miss days when I'm up at Disney). Overall there have only been a few days where I gained or stayed the same, most days are a loss! I guess being constantly hungry and walking at least 7+ miles every day pays off.

Well done!
I'm at 198 today after a giant steak from the grill last night.
Planning on hitting the treadmill today.
If I could get on the treadmill once or twice more a week, and lay off the ice cream, I'd stand a chance at losing some more lbs.

I hear that. I still have a bag of Milanos from before I really started taking my eating seriously so I will polish them off at some point but besides that I haven't bought any of my usual candy at all. Instead of my go to M&M's and Skittles when I need something sweet I now eat the far less exciting containers of various fruit chunks I get at Walmart or light yogurt.

Last night, after the treadmill, it was BBQ chicken, spuds, and grilled avocados. A little cake and ice cream for desert.
199 this morning.
BBQ pork chops with blue cheese, baked potato, and stuffed mushrooms, and a little cake and ice cream for desert.
Tomorrow will easily be 200.

Grilling season is almost over, so I've gotta get my last couple of rounds in before it's too cold out.

Up a pound today.

227.8 yesterday and 228.8 today.

This can not become a 2 day trend. Looks like it's nothing but coffee and maybe some carrots on the menu this Tuesday.
