"Well, doggies! Lookee here, Jethro." "What is it, Uncle Jed?" "Says here in the paper that some rich feller bought the mansion we used to live in." "Gol-lee, Uncle Jed, I hope he doesn't get rid of that big cee-ment pond."

I saw that building under construction last month, but never checked to see what it was going to look like. The pool seems kinda meh to me. It’s a lot of water. A LOT of pee too if they expect 4000 people per day.

I was in Vegas few months back and I saw that building under construction near the Fremont strip.

Never heard of blue urine and yes I know it's fake. Doesn't matter any basic public pool is a giant toilet.

Our local public swimming pool used to have a sign: "We don't swim in your toilet. Please don't pee in our pool." It was removed because some parents thought it was offensive. And peeing in the pool isn't?

I thought they said the building was around 100 years old.
The owner got a ticket in April because a building inspector felt that it didn’t appear to ba safe. The owner had an architect working on a facade renovation that was supposed to start construction soon, but then this happened.
For the owners sake, Im glad that they were already in the process of getting things fixed, but they really should have had the scaffolding up a long time ago.

Right now there are some propose talks of building a entertainment, sports and high-tech complex on tribal land in Phoenix.

One thing that mentions in the article is a sports complex, but it doesn't list any type of team. Currently my soccer team Phoenix Rising FC plays on the property. As you can see some renders of a soccer stadium. But there have been some mention that the Arizona Diamondbacks and/or Arizona Coyotes could possibly call that place home as well? There will be some interesting speculations coming out in the next coming of months.

Tribal land in East Valley may finally see development. Here's what is envisioned

It's fun looking.

Don't hold your breath for it to happen soon though. No matter how optimistic the developers get, it'll take years for them to get enough people to come up with the cash to get the thing moving. It'll probably look pretty different too. Hopefully they can make it happen.
