I wound up paying off AT&T next (all $700 and change) and now own the 5S free and clear. I'll probably see what I can get in trade for a new 6 when it's out.

I already locked my price with gazelle.com, if I send them my iPhone 5 for $160. I'll see what AT&T or Best Buy has to offer for my phone, if it worth more.

AT&T estimated about $300 for my 5S. I'll hold them to it come upgrade time.

If I read rumors right the iPhone 6 for 16GB could cost $300 bucks. All the new iPhones 6 are suppose to cost $100 dollars extra, normally I like to get the 32GB but $400 bucks will be pricey. My contract ends in couple of weeks and if the upgrade eligibility works right, I could get $200 off and whatever my iPhone 5 is worth with the store.

I don't know if I expect the 4.7 to be $100 more. I seriously doubt they'll be a 16gb model honestly. 32, 64 and 128 is what I heard.

I guess your right and I read it wrong, the 5.5" would cost $100 more. I plan on getting the 4.7".

I just looked up the end of my contract and it ends Sept. 21st and the new phone supposedly comes out the 9th. Crap, now I gotta wait like another month. Well hopefully the stores will have plenty in stock, when it my turn to upgrade by then.

I'm stuck with another full year although I have no urgent need to upgrade. I like my 5.

I think AT&T lets you upgrade six months before your contract ends if you're on a two-year. They always did with me.

My provider always allowed upgrades 2 years into 3 year contract but they changed that with last contract. I thought it was good cause it locked them into new contract. Now I will shop providers too when my contract is up.
