I should have used our sarcasm font.
It looks like the first casualty of this merger is the end of the $10 HBO deal on Dish!
Good to see ya in the lounge kc1ih!
I don't have Dish, but I have DirecTV. I get HBO which is included in my AT&T Unlimited Plan.
I can probably see the competition will get screwed with HBO, CNN, TBS, TNT deals.
I bet my DirecTV and AT&T bills will probably go up becasue of this merger.
Suck it Comcast! Soon welcome back home the Fox Marvel properties.
and Marvel will be one giant family again.
This is an interesting video.
It's official Disney now owns Fox.
Finally, X-Men and Fantastic Four are coming home!
Now Sony needs to give up the rights to Spider-Man and Paramount needs to give up the rights to the Hulk.
I was hoping Comcast would get them but this could be cool too. Plus it's always neat when I get my news from DRC. This post was the first I heard of the deal being pretty much finalized.
The deal isn't finalized yet, Fox and Disney have 90 days to get the deal done. Disney needs to sell 20+ Fox Sports channels and get the stockholders to approve the deal. I read Comcast could still come in and screw up the deal.

Probably but Disney use to release R rated films under Miramax. Disney is willing to explore R rated films again. Who knows they might release it under the name Fox.
