[Channel98]

SiriusXM describes the format of PopRocks as "1990s/2000s pop and rock hits." Pop Rocks is also a brand of “popping candy” made of corn syrup, sugar, lactose, flavoring and pressurized carbon dioxide gas bubbles. SiriusXM stole the name – but making it a single word instead of two is apparently not considered plagiarism. Here is a 400-song sample of the playlist. This is one of the presets on Mrs. Scotch's satrad in the car. It's not bad. The "pop" songs are generally more tolerable than those on the "hits" channels, or even the "90s" channels. And Poprocks covers a wider timespan than many other channels, which makes it interesting.

Yep pretty solid playlist. This station takes the approach of an 80s billboard chart, back when rock was popular and stuff like hip hop, edm, etc didn't dominate the pop chart. It's like as if rock was still what the kids listen the most to instead of the dub-trap-rave-rap that rules the pop charts now.

Yes, PopRocks moved to channel 6 when The Kelly Clarkson Connection debuted on channel 12. I started this list many months ago and I neglected to change the channel number when I posted it.
