Another story song that hit me like a brick. Musically, I felt Invisible Touch went too pop and too inorganic, so this was a nice move back to rock and roll.

This one is in my top 200 (which I'll post 200-101 later!). Most later Genesis stuff is pretty cheeseball but this hits you right in the feels.

I covered him on my thread, but I didn't mention that there were 4 different releases of The Golden Age of Wireless. The first UK and US releases in 1982 did not contain that song. It was the 3rd version released in the US in '83 that had an extended version (running time 5:09).

I like "Red Skies" a lot too, but it's not on my 500+. I also like "Saved By Zero" a lot.

It’s a hate/love thing.
I hate how overplayed it is, I usually check to see if something more interesting is on elsewhere, but if nothing is on, I’ll switch back. By the end, I‘ve caught myself air guitaring more than I’d like people to know.

#134 LL Cool J "Mama Said Knock You Out"

I liked his 1989 album Walking With A Panther (minus the three ballads), but most people consider it a career low-point ("he was heavily criticized as being both lazy and a sellout"). I'm glad others didn't like it as much as me, because that made L come back in 1990 more ferocious than ever. This song is a "comeback" that starts with the line "Don't call it a comeback". BTW there's a killer performance of this with a full band done at MTV back in 1990 that mixes in "Hard To Handle".
