Sirius 53 Chill Format Change?

It seems as though they don't play much of the ambient tracks like they did prior to 2012? or so. Instead, a majority of the tracks are now about as high energy as say, BPM.
When did they start doing this? I'm currently listening to Slacker non-vocal Chill to get my fix of relaxing, ambient chill music.

Chill still seems more down tempo to me. I listen a few times a week. I'll listen again with your thoughts in mind.

I was searching/Googling for any thoughts on this. I then came across one reedit thread that had 5-6 posts and then got closed after a lull in posting.
