They all want to come to the States (or Canada), after their career in Europe is over
.. replaced by Ipswich and Mick pounding the technical area ?
Nah - no one at Wolves could be that daft?
From the talkSPORT website.
Liverpool flop Mario Balotelli has been offered to Nantes amid reported interest from Wolves.
Balotelli has endured a nightmare spell at Anfield and spent last season on loan at Milan after failing to establish himself on Merseyside.
However things went from bad to worse at the San Siro, and he started just eight games in the Serie A, scoring once.
Now he is expected to leave Liverpool for good but he has so far stayed put this summer despite supposed interest from a wide range of clubs across Europe.
And, according to France Football, you can add Nantes to that list after he was offered to the Ligue 1 side.
It is unclear whether manager Rene Girard is going to pursue a deal for Balotelli, who remains under contract at Liverpool until 2018, but Nantes are said to be mulling over the idea.
Wolves, meanwhile, have also been linked with a move as their new owners Fosun bid to steer them back into the Premier League.
Not so super Mario
Highlights from the SPFL.
Josh Meekings scored in stoppage time as Inverness CT beat St Johnstone 2-1 at the Caledonian Stadium.
I think there's more people there than at a Blackpool match.
How about Bristol City? The former League One squad taking it to the Villains. Oh well. That teams a mess.
Manchester City is still looking good, even without Super Mario
Nice no ‘last resort’ for Balotelli, claims agent Raiola
Agent Mino Raiola has said Mario Balotelli had a whole host of other clubs to choose from other than Nice on transfer deadline day.
The mercurial forward finally ended his nightmare spell at Liverpool, two years after joining the Reds for £16million from AC Milan.
Jurgen Klopp was desperate to trim his large squad and was said to be open to loaning Balotelli out again. However, Liverpool were able to negotiate a permanent deal away for the Italian.
Agent Raiola stated that the move to Nice was the one that attracted him the most and could have gone elsewhere in Europe.
“Nice was not a last resort for Mario. He had many offers,” said an adamant Raiola.
“There were alternatives in Italy, in Germany, in England, in Spain, but we chose this. The French league is interesting and is played offensively.
“The national team is something that Mario likes a lot, but today he should focus on Nice and their performance.”

Kevin De Bruyne and Kelechi Iheanacho give Pep Guardiola derby bragging rights over Jose Mourinho
That's awesome. I liked Pep when he was the Barcelona manager.
Good for City. It won't break my heart if ManU never wins another premiership
Hearts won. They're two behind.
Rangers -2 in goal difference. That's what happens when you give up 5, I guess
Aston Villa 2-2 Nottingham Forest
Which until Tuesday - puts Villa in 17th position - not a dig - just saying.
Hearts would probably dispose of them in a friendly.
