God hates Cleveland more than the Cubs. Why else would they make their last 2 world series appearances extra inning game 7 losses?

Now maybe people will stop cheering for the Cubs as the 'lovable losers' until they have missed winning the series for another 108 years.

When both the Red Sox & Giants won the first of their last three, I said to myself, "Ok. Good for their fans".

They both went on to win two more & now I regret saying that.

With the Cubs, I was like, "Don't win. I'm through with the Red Sox & Giants. Don't let the Cubs come up & become the next team to win a WS every few years".

Squash those roaches before they multiply & get out of hand.

Now we're gonna have to put up with Cub fan & their new found arrogants, like we've had to put up with Red Sox & Giants fan since 2004.

I can't wait for the Cardinals & Yankees to become relevant again

I hate the Red Sox, so I never wanted to see them win it.
I've always liked the Cubs, I cheered for Andre Dawson and Ryne Sandberg back in the day.. I'm glad they won last night!

Happy for the Cubs & Ben Zobrist. Hopefully next year it will be the Cubs & Royals.

Dynasties are boring.
The same with the perpetual underdogs.

It's so much more interesting to see different teams bring it, even if you don't like either of them.

That said, I'm back to rooting for Detroit, like always.

If I got this straight, Cub fans want Steve Bartman to appear at the celebration so that he can be forgiven. He is not making any appearances because he has nothing to apologize about. So Cub fans are still mad at him.
One play does a series make. The Cubs could have done more before or after his interference, to win the series
