Was at the Jays game last night. Was Kevin Pillar’s return. After SF had done their first at bat and as Pillar was making his way to CF they played a nice tribute video on the big screen. He got a standing ovation as well. After it was done they showed him on the big screen and the black marks beneath the eyes were a bit wet. It was very nice.

Unfortunately the Jays were unable to honour his return by beating him. Hopefully today.

Jays lose again mustering only 2 hits.

They offered an extension of the lead off pack (all games in May) but was sold out before I could order it.

Instead I did a 6 pack of games the rest of the year. Only slightly more. But not back to back which has been tough.

And in other news Jays have called up
#1 prospect Vlad Jr. he will play on Friday (our final set of games for the April leadoff pack).

I'm happy that the Tigers are still over 500 so far.
It's going to be a long season, but at least it's not going to be depressing the whole time.

It was a good game. Stadium was more packed. Standing ovation every time the kid came to bat. And always like a walk off.

When the Blue Jays win, Pizza, Pizza wins.

I listened to his first two at bats. Then I had to make my deliveries. Maybe I'll listen again today.

Jays sweep Oakland.

Today’s win 5-4 in bottom of 11 after falling behind 4-1 in top of 11. Also despite some absolutely horrible umpiring even with video review.

Jays are .500 but seem to be an exciting team this year.

This home win concludes my leadoff pack seats. I did buy a 6 pack with 4 games in May/June and 2 in August. Only A team is the Red Sox. Yankees were too expensive.

Jays head off to California for a 3 game series I think.

Jays lost 2/3 to Texas (badly losing the 2). They have now been manhandled by the Twins losing 2 games so far without managing 1 run. Attendance for Monday was 12K, for yesterday was 14K (boosted by $1 hot dog night). My son and I were 2 of those attending.
