You said it – I didn't. You know what this silly "Space Force" reminds me of? Calvin, in the 1985-95 Calvin & Hobbes comic strip, imagining himself as Spaceman Spiff flying a spacecraft and using a ray gun (actually a water pistol) to battle space aliens.

I wonder what the result will be when a flat Earther decides it's a good idea to launch himself into the sky in his homemade "rocket"?

What could possibly go wrong?

As if NASA isn't dangerous enough.

Seriously though, it's scary seeing that parachute detach from the "rocket" right after launch.

I See The Flat Earth by Mad Mike Hughes
(Sung to the tune of Carole King's I Feel The Earth Move)

I see the flat earth way down below
I feel myself tumbling down
I know my life will end
When I hit the ground

Ooh, baby, 50 yards to go
Before I land with a splat
Ooh, darling, I can't stand it
Knowing I am going to be flat

I see the flat earth just ten feet away
I feel myself blow a gasket
I know this time tomorrow
I will be in a casket

I'm tumbling down
Tumbling down
Tumbling dowwwwnnnnnnnn

He's been doing these stunts for years. He was even interviewed on CBS Sunday morning. What a stupid premise for killing yourself.

BAGS!!!!!!
It's great to see you check in.

That sounds like a cool deal. I'm excited for you.
There are holes in her space suit. Are they for batteries or something?

Let us know how it goes.
