?

Do you think Jimmy Page plagiarized the Spirit song "Taurus"?

  1. It's an exact match! Randy California deserves credit!

  2. It's a little similar, but not enough to give Spirit credit.

  3. It's not even close. Lawsuit dismissed!

Everybody was ripping everybody off back in the day.
If it was soooo close, why didn't Randy sue LZ himself?

There's a shitload of blues artists that could take Led Zeppelin for everything they're worth.

The beginning of "Fun, Fun, Fun" is an exact copy of "Johnny B. Goode".

The Beach Boys: Fun Fun Fun sounds like Chuck Berry: Johnny B. Goode | Sounds Just Like

Neither the Beach Boys or Chuck Berry gave credit to Louis Jordan.

Marty McFly ripped them all off :(

It's a blues riff in A. Watch me for the changes, and try to keep up.

Guess you're not ready for that, but your kids will love it.

The Rolling Stones stole from Chuck Berry, Elvis and every dude back to Robert Johnson. Just ask Keith. It was standard practice, a tip of the hat to a fellow musician.

    True.
But that was before lawyers realized that they could get paid if they raised a fuss.

Nirvana's "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is a ripoff of Boston's "More Than a Feeling".

    Brad Delp killed himself, too.

Stay away from that chord progression, kids.

Yes, and he did it in his home, which is down the street from me.

With charcoal grills, of all things. Did you ever see Brad out and about? Cutting his grass and whatnot? He was a much better singer on the album than live.

Now that he's gone, I guess it's OK to mention, that people I know saw him at local AA meetings. Professionally, he had the band Beatlejuice, which toured locally and elsewhere. But as for casual sightings, he never seemed to be home, and I never saw him at Wal-Mart or Home Depot.

His choice of exit always seemed pretty odd to me. I hope he made himself a quality last meal. (Too soon?)

I think it was accidental. I barbecue in the bathroom all the time.
