For those wondering the purpose of this thread> SXM seems to use quite a lot of birthdays, deaths, anniversaries and new album releases to schedule their programming.

For example:
1969, Vocalist Rod Stewart and bassist Ronnie Wood leave the Jeff Beck Group to join the Small Faces. Today @ 11pm Faces 'Live from the BBC Vault' on Classic Vinyl

Born: Joe Perry of Aerosmith, 1950. Today @ 11pm on Bluesville I'm betting Pat St John plays 30 minutes of Bluesy Aerosmith tracks on 'Rockers doing the Blues.'

Alanis Morissette & Pink have new CD's coming out > They both have Artist Confidentials on The Pulse this week

It was a good and a bad day indeed.
Today I had a birds eye view of that which is dead to me.
