The Oscars were on and Howard wasn't a fan. He also talked about the Bob Kraft thing and a scandal involving a KTLA anchor a bit. Of course we also had talk with his porn selection and how he likes to see them undress, as it adds to the build up.

Here's the Lady Gaga thing he hated. He said Robin could have done it as Lady Tata.

I can see why people don't watch. Between the conservatives ragging on how everything is political, the left wing ragging on the 1% and their lifestyles and the youth preferring to watch Netflix and catch up via YouTube, it's no surprise to me ratings of these shows are all down.

People don't have time to sit and watch 3.5-4 hours of this stuff when they're used to skipping through commercials. Other than sports and news, 99% of my TV watching O's via DVR.

Howard mentioned how many of the questions weren't interesting. He rattled off a few that Gary Garver or Stuttering John might have asked back in the day.

"So A-Rod, when you're baging JLo, what color is your jizzum" or something like that. "So JLo, what do you do when you're with A-Rod and he passes wind?"

Brent was an expert on Florida sex stuff and here's Ronnie's take on the whole thing.

What does that have to do with Lady Gaga's performance?

What was the rating number? I caught about an hour at my folks house. Mom's is a traditional watcher. The star is born song was good. Howard was right though, the angles were wacked. Hardly any straight on angles. I saw most of movies but still didn't care much what went down.

The 2018 Academy Awards had a 6.8% share of viewers in the "key demo," age 18 to 49, and was watched by an estimated 26.5 million viewers. It was the lowest-rated Awards telecast. This year's ceremony did much better. It was only the second-lowest-rated telecast. It had a 7.7 share and drew 29.6 million viewers. Jimmy Kimmel said the ratings will be "huge" if the telecast is ever shortened to just one minute. I agree.

So is Howard's point that the show was no good because it was watched by 30M people? I don't understand. Is he back to thinking that it's 1977 again?

I think he's on two different points here.

In his opinion, the show wasn't good. I think part of his still wishes he had a Gary Garver or Stuttering John to ask the crazy questions.

The second point is that ratings are down, but this is due to many reasons.

Today's show:

More Robert Kraft stuff, including commentary from everyone's favorite moron, Sal.

Today's guest: Gary Clark, Jr. made his Stern Show debut.

Oh...and is "mass-adge" the new "Baba Booey"? Stay tuned.

Wow, that's a surprise. So someone told Howard who he was, and that SiriusXM is promoting him or something, so he should have him on the show? Because that's the only scenario I can think of.

And let me make some guesses as to how the conversation went. Howard probably claims that Clark is one of the only people left on earth who plays guitar, because rock is dead, right?

Bobo is making TV appearances on one of his local TV channels, some Pat Robertson clips got played and goofed on and anyone who thought Howard wouldn't talk about his buddy Robert Kraft was way wrong.

I wish he did the same with Trump during the election.

Politics have become real interesting lately. Howard is a multi-millionaire (maybe even a billionaire), owns a gun (or at least a permit) and is buddies with well-known Republicans who are equally rich.

Yet, due to a few different comments/actions, he gets labeled a liberal. He's pro-gay, he was very-anti George Bush, he doesn't want guns to fall into the wrong hands, etc.

And he's very pro-choice, and against religion is public schools or government. But he's a fiscal conservative - whatever that means when one has more money than god.

I think he means after he blows out on the florida house and ronnie's mega cars he likes to keep the spending as low as possible. I also think he prefers the government spend our money more wisely.
