Welcome to the 511th edition of Who Am I?, the weekly game where I dish out a daily clue to a subject and you have to guess who or what it is.

Every day, the clues get easier. The winner of this week's game gets a piece of my gratitude.

This week's subject is a PERSON.

CLUE #1: I was 33 when I had my first Top 40 hit.

Stevie Nicks had three top-ten duets (with, respectively, Kenny Loggins, Tom Petty and Don Henley) but her first solo top-40 hit was Edge Of Seventeen in March of 1982. She was 33. That is my only guess. If it's wrong, Mister chuck will nix it. (Ouch.)

That's a good guess. It's got some Chuck logic to it.

Well, yesterday, due to my state governor, Gretchen Whitmer ordering all non-essential businesses to close, my shop closed up yesterday for three weeks (and don't worry, I'll be paid for those three weeks!). As a result, I get to sleep in. But also as a result, WAI? is now going to be updated mid-morning local time. Stay safe out there!

CLUE #2: I sang backup on a beloved cartoon show theme song.

The third clue isn't much help because I don't know when Mister Chuck was born. I know he's still working but most Americans now have to work until they're 80, so that's no help either. I have one guess: Frankie Laine had three number-one hits, That Lucky Old Sun and Mule Train in 1949 and The Cry Of The Wild Goose in 1950, and he was 33 in early 1947 when he had his first top-40 hit, That's My Desire. He sang the theme song for Rawhide. Maybe he sang on a cartoon theme song too? I don't know.

I read King Chuck as King Charles. The only mystery was which chart. I may have been incorrect.
