Oh yeah - other than the work part of it

Spent about 8 hours on Sat. walking around the French Quarter, CBD, etc. Spent an hour or so at the WWII Museum that day, too. The rest of the time was in bits an pieces - took the Street Car to visit the Poor Clare Nuns at the St. Clare Monastery (I dig seeking out non-standard things to do). Mainly I wanted to check out their gift shop and pick up a unique souvenir for my wife, and also one for my mom.
Dinner at Emeril's was pretty incredible. Did the 5 course chef's tasting menu. It blew me away.
Lots of great hospitality down there - the weather and the people were pretty warm and welcoming!

Hey Aaron!

I am so happy about the Saints! Now we just have to hope they don't implode, which is what they have a history of doing. However, this is truly a different team that I have ever seen in all my years! Man if these guys go to the Superbowl, my only regret is that it won't be in New Orleans this year! Can you imagine?

Tigers will have an easy one this week, but next week will tell the tale for sure!
