Greets All, new here and looking for some insight on hacking my Altec Lansing XM3020 (using a Delphi MyFi xm2go). I would really like to add an MP3 player input (or use as a laptop external speaker). The docking station sounds fantastic, so I thought I'd give it a shot as opposed to having multiple speaker systems all over my desk. I actually have a few of these 3020's so no fear either to convert one to an external amp.

I found this thread which looks in the ball park, but it's all over the place and I'm a bit confused: http://www.digitalradiocentral.com/...108379-i-converted-xm2go-dock-stiletto-2.html

If anyone has done this or thinks it can be, I'm all EYES on the topic!

    Cheers,
    Mike

I don't have any input but I have two 3020's. One in kitchen - one at work.

I also have the Delphi Premium boombox which has an aux input. My friends say it sounds like a BOSE. I tend to disagree but it does sound good!
