Why Can't I Touch You peaked at #9 on the August 5 1970 Boss 30 of KHJ in Los Angeles. (Bread's Make It With You was number one.) KHJ never played One Man Band. Dyson had eight top-40 hits and three top tens on the R&B chart. On the Hot 100, he's a one-hit wonder.
Polo G (Taurus Bartlett) has had hits with Lil Wayne, Lil Tjay, Neiked, Juice Wrld and The Kid Laroi – but as a solo artist, he's a one-hit wonder.

I remember both songs. In Los Angeles, Make Me Yours was number one for two weeks on the Top 25 V.I.P. (Very Important Platters) survey of R&B station KGFJ in May 1967 – it couldn't get above Aretha Franklin's Respect – and was on the Fabulous Forty of top-40 KFWB for seven weeks, peaking at #26. KFWB never played Swann's remake of Jeannie Seely's 1966 #2 country hit Don't Touch Me. KGFJ played it but it failed to make their Top 25.
