Elmo needs a new streaming home after Max drops Sesame Street
Warner Bros. Discovery won’t extend its deal to stream new episodes on Max, so where is Sesame Street headed next?

OWN YOUR MEDIA! When you let corporations own your media, you end up chasing them around with money begging 'gimme that back!'
Can you buy new episodes of Sesame Street?

While I'm commenting here, I'll mention that YouTube TV is going up $10/month, from $73 to $83, which is quite a bit of a jump. Of course, the other options, such as Direct TV streaming, and Hulu + Live TV are the same price or more, and don't offer better content for us. Sling TV doesn't offer live local networks in our market. So I guess we'll just be paying more.

PBS. It's free!
Yes, but I assume they're airing new episodes. So there's no hardcopy to buy in a DVD form (and wouldn't you have to pay for the DVD?). But if you're talking about recording it, you'd have to have access to record it. So if it's no longer available via streaming, what's the alternative?

I keep thinking that I should do this. I've got Netflix already, but should add Max, Hulu, and whatever the other ones are.
I subscribe to them all. My suggestion is to save some extra dough. There is a bundle deal for Hulu, Disney and Max which doesn't include ESPN. I subscribed to the ad free deal for with tax for $32.74.

We get Max for free as part of our cable package, and the Mrs' gets one of the others free through her Amazon Prime, so I don't think that we're paying too much for the extra services.

I received notification that my Netflix plan is going to increase next month. I think Netflix has been getting really good lately with the programming and the live sports. I will continue with the plan

We're sticking with it as well. They need to keep up with getting better programming though.
It's been getting tougher to find good movies over the last few years since the studios are all starting their own streamers and NF has been getting less and less of the big titles.

Netflix launched its video-on-demand streaming service, originally known as Watch Now, in January 2007. Here is a chart showing the pricing history.
