Victor Frankenstein is a scientist, not a monster. The monster is cleverly known as Frankenstein's Monster.

I nominate Batman villains/killers Victor Szasz, Scarecrow, Joker and Killer Croc and Spider-Man villains/killers Venom, Kingpin, Carnage, Morbius, Green Goblin and Otto "Doctor Octopus" Octavius.

I want to simply keep this as killer Fictional Horror Movie Characters. Yes they appeared in the films, but they are mainly know as superhero villains. I wouldn't mind having a separate madness bracket for that one day.

I added The Blob, the list is now up to 37. There will be a few famous horror characters that will get a first round bye.

With Halloween round the corner, was hoping to have this madness started and originally keep it small and simple. I'm gonna modify the nominees and keep it as a 32 tournament.

A few days gone by, haven't done anything yet to this madness. Might just skip this one and renumber the other madness as #33. Thanks anyway for participating and naming any fictional horror characters.

Mister Wolf, we all appreeciate the work you put into these fershlugginer Madnesses. Yeah, make the 2023-24 Celebrity Deaths Madness #33 and maybe #34 can be black-and-white comedy movies: Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton, Harold Lloyd, Harry Langdon, Laurel & Hardy, Burns & Allen, Wheeler & Woolsey, Marx Brothers et al.

People regard me as highly intelligent when I end a sentence with "et al." :p

I enjoy madnesses and appreciate your work on all of them (especially now that I've run some). But this topic wasn't a good fit for me. I've seen maybe a half dozen horror films, most of them unwillingly.
