There's some Run the Jewels I like, but I only listen to it by myself in the car. So no one is listening to me.

Most of the rap listening I do is Old School. Public Enemy, Sir Mix a Lot, Digital Underground, Rob Base & DJ EZ-Rock, The Fugees ('The Score' is an all-time classic!) A Tribe Called Quest, way more than that but that's the main ones. Of the newer stuff I am so far only into Kendrick Lamar, and some stuff that could be considered borderline R&B Hip-Hop like Bruno Mars. You should have seen the looks I got pulling in the to the parking lot at work blasting 'Fight the Power'.

Billy Strings grew up not far from here in Grand Rapids in the tiny town of Muir. When he won a Grammy for Best Bluegrass Album for "Home", he donated some of its proceeds to buy guitars for the students at his old elementary school.
