I forgot to weigh in last week.
I was at 188 this morning.
I saw 187 this weekend, so I'm going with that.
You guys need to stop copying my weight.

It's kindve wet and eckky around here so it's looks like I'll still have to do most of my exercise at the Planet Fitness for now
I'm at 186. Had a week where my metabolism basically shut-down on 2 different days (that's the nicest way I can put it). Now I'm back on the high-fiber thing. March has been colder on average than all of the winter months, so I haven't been able to get out as much as I would like.

I haven't checked in for a while, but I was 192 after work today. This is the least I've weighed in three years.
I want to be at 190 before my Spartan race on April 8.

161.8. This weekend I'm going to attempt to clean up the house. I'll probably lose 5 pounds trying to do that.
