This year I'm going to start off the thread on time.

I'm 272 right now. And now that I'm not drinking or doing anything else, it's time to focus on losing weight. I bought a rowing machine back in October and it had lived in the box until 2 days ago. I put it together and it's actually kind of fun to use. I also just bought a very cheap treadmill yesterday so I now have no reason not to do workout shit.

At this weight it shouldn't be too difficult to drop the first like 25 to 30 lb. After that things will get quite difficult.

Here's to a successful 2025 of fantasy fatball for all of us.

Enjoy your treadmill JHDK.

My weight is 162. I'm going to try to burn 1000 calories on the machines on New Years Day. I've never been able to do it or even come close before. I usually do an hour. I was on the stationary bike for an hour tonight and burned a little over 300. So to do this I will have to spend around 3 hours in the gym with all the new resolutioners.

I have also entered a 5 mile walk for GroundHogs Day so I will start walking outside soon to get prepared for the cold conditions.

I'm in.

I'm at 213 this morning. I'm only up 3 lbs since vacation started.
I need to get down to the 190's but it isn't as easy as it used to be in my younger years.

I still use my treadmill, but only once a week.

I have not weighed myself in a while. Never like the number shown. I have been trying to get in better shape. I have been doing a 20 minute walk almost every day around lunch. I am reducing the amount of coke I drink although I am doing that slowly. I figure this will likely payoff eventually by at least holding my weight.

I'm winning!!!!

I lost 13 pounds between Sunday night and Wednesday morning. I was down to 202.

Getting the flu isn't a great way to lose weight.......but it works.
First real food of the week was pizza tonight, so I'm probably back where I started already.

Maybe you'll get lucky and get AIDS or ebola. Fingers crossed!

Earlier in the year I was a bit over 200 pounds, I'm currently around 193. I already dropped a pants size from 36 to 34. I would love to wear a size 32 and set my goal close to 180.

I bought an old treadmill pretty cheap from my partner niece. It's so bulky and taking up space in the living room. I wouldn't mind getting desk treadmill one day, don’t know if they are good as the one, I currently own.

That's pretty good Wolf.

I think I'd have a hard time time typing and clicking the right things in Revit accurately while walking on one of those treadmills.

I've already gained back 4 of the pounds I lost. I'll be back to where I started soon.

I'll be back to hitting the kettlebells again after a short absence, not sure how much weight I lose, but I plan on dropping fat and adding muscle. Right now sitting about 255, hopefully down to 220 by the end of the year.

A good chunk of that weight loss was water.
