I lose my free lifetime internet radio when I swap a radio?

I don't get it... I was in exactly the same boat, and they did not transfer my free lifetime access to the internet feed............:confused:

it got turned off when i swapped to the lynx,and then after talking to that jamie
mcdonald he called it a "demo" that would be an automatic renewal every 3 years.
did you try emailing him?

No, I haven't. I spoke with a woman when I was getting my lifetime sub transferred over (can't remember her name, it's been awhile)

Would you happen to have his e-mail address? I could give it a shot.
