No, I haven't. I spoke with a woman when I was getting my lifetime sub transferred over (can't remember her name, it's been awhile)they did not transfer my free lifetime access,
it got turned off when i swapped to the lynx,and then after talking to that jamie
mcdonald he called it a "demo" that would be an automatic renewal every 3 years.

SXM_Help may be more than one person, and they definitely hand customers off to the people that can help them out best.I started the conversation by sending a pm from this board to
