Maybe some of both. Glad you're having fun!

I don't get it... I was in exactly the same boat, and they did not transfer my free lifetime access to the internet feed............

they did not transfer my free lifetime access,
it got turned off when i swapped to the lynx, and then after talking to that jamie
mcdonald he called it a "demo" that would be an automatic renewal every 3 years.
    did you try emailing him?

No, I haven't. I spoke with a woman when I was getting my lifetime sub transferred over (can't remember her name, it's been awhile)

Would you happen to have his e-mail address? I could give it a shot.

I started the conversation by sending a pm from this board to
SXM_Help as suggested by hectic but this is the guy who went above and beyond
    to help me out.

SXM_Help may be more than one person, and they definitely hand customers off to the people that can help them out best.

Thanks to your post, I also sent a PM to SXM_Help and had an equally awesome customer service experience. Mr. MacDonald actually called me to help me switch from a Stiletto with serious issues to the awesome Lynx and keep my free internet service intact. Above and beyond and then some!

Glad it worked out Schmidty. That group are like the SXM CS Ninja's.
