Wang added the sodium nitrite to porridge that was given to the children on March 27, 2019, at Mengmeng Pre-school Education, where she was teaching at the time. Wang poisoned the students after an argument with a coworker regarding how the students should be managed.

According to Poison Control, ingesting nitrite can result in a lack of oxygen, making it hard to breathe, along with "confusion, loss of consciousness, seizures, abnormal heart rhythms, and death."

Yep I support her punishment

What's going on with Israel right now? I saw that they're in a conflict again, obviously with Palestine, but what provoked it? Does anybody know anything about this? I didn't really read any articles. I just saw headlines. 95% of the time I'm on Israel's side so I assume they're doing the right thing.

Does it really matter who started it? There is always fighting there. Both parties feel the land is theirs and the other is encroaching. Both make provocative moves against the other. Rinse and repeat.

I guess not. They're always fucking fighting each other. But there's clearly the good guys and the bad guys. The Good guys created a civilization after all of their people were basically wiped out in the late 30s and early 40s. The bad guys lob homemade bombs over to that civilization.

That is one view. An equally valid view is that until 1968 that country was called Palestine. Now the other people are building even more settlements displacing more of their people from their limited remaining spaces.

There are no good guys here.

I am on neither side. But I won't press it. I know Hectic has to deal with I75 and that is stressful enough without descending into politics.

Also, he has to deal with a living in Ohio so his life is bad enough. We don't need to make it more stressful.

But if you want to point the finger, it might go to the UK? I'm no expert on the subject but I think the UK was looking for a place for the Jews who survived World War 2 and chose one of their territories (one of many places they claimed, and shouldn't have) .... Palestine. Now the Jews and Palestinians both call that land THEIR holy land and conflict ensues.

Again, not sure if I have this right. Just passing on what little I know.

The European powers including the UK drew the modern Middle Eastern map and seeded all the issues in the Middle East thereafter following the end of WWI. I am sure they did some more tinkering after WWII.
