Wait. Everyone is talking about Taylor Swift.

Say what you want about Swift. She's BIG.
She has been for a few years now. She will be for at least a few more years.

I'm more upset about stories that Amy Adams is going to play Janis Joplin. Whenever a white actor plays some other ethnicity, actors of that ethnicity raise hell about being put out of work by white people. The same should happen when a beautiful person plays an ugly one. That role should go to an ugly actress.
She was in American Hustle, The Fighter, Man Of Steel. She's one of the better actresses out there right now.

I haven't seen those films. I don't get out much.
I thought that was Leonard Maltin.
Flavors of the moment don't get to be called the Rat Pack. Maybe the "15 Minutes and Counting" Pack.
I also think you can't put Lorde in this category either, as she's got a promising career ahead, but I believe we've discussed this before.
That, and she's the only artist up to this point that has gone platinum with album sales.
