A few of the Canadian Music Hall Of Fame inductees have never had any hits in the United States. Among them is one of my favorite country bands, Blue Rodeo. In Canada, they've had 13 top-ten albums and 19 top-40 singles. Why won't any U.S. stations play their music? I wants ta know!

They are a fabulous band. Lost of airplay up here. Saw them in concert in the 90s. Good show.

I have no issues with anyone except Missy Elliott. I don't really find her legendary or all that influential. Trade her for anyone else on the 'Out' list and we have something.

Willie Nelson - Not rock & roll, but a legend that influenced tons of rock & rollers, so OK
Kate Bush - Barely a 2 hit wonder, good, but not HOF worthy.
Rage Against the Machine - Awesome, rockers, HOF worthy, but in 10 or 15 years after other bands finally get in.
Missy Elliott - Not rock. Fun. Not groundbreaking or influential for other rockers. Not deserving in any time-frame.
Sheryl Crow - Good, but 20 years too soon.
George Michael - Meh. Not groundbreaking or influential for other rockers. Not deserving in any time-frame.
The Spinners - Deserving.

A Tribe Called Quest - Not rock & roll, but a legend that influenced tons of rock & rollers, 20 Years.
Iron Maiden - Jesusfuckingchristonacracker LET THEM IN!
Joy Division/New Order - Not rock & roll, but a legend that influenced tons of rock & rollers, 20 Years.
Cyndi Lauper - 20 Years
Soundgarden - HOF worthy, but in 10 or 15 years after other bands finally get in.
The White Stripes - HOF worthy, but in 15 or 20 years after other bands finally get in.
Warren Zevon - Jesusfuckingchristonacracker LET HIM IN!

I agree with all of that. Kate Bush is one of those artists that is considered "important" by the music industry, but who was marginally successful in the US. So in all fairness, I don't think she should be considered, when hundreds of deserving acts have not gotten in.

Whitney Houston was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame in 2020. The ceremony was recorded and shown on HBO. Alicia Keys declared, “Whitney Houston is one of one. There is no one like her and there never will be."

We can all be grateful for that.

I enjoy listening to music next to any other person. I use to give my opinion around here and a certain individual always criticize me. I mainly got tired of arguing and walked away. If I'm going to give my opinion again, then don't criticize me on my choose of what real music is and what I listen to.

This is my personal opinion about the R&RHOF since they let just about anyone in these now. These are artists/bands that I listen to that should be In and Out.

IN
Willie Nelson - Major legend, but mainly country
Rage Against The Machine - I hardly listen to them now, but many hits.
Sheryl Crow - Great music and one of my personal favorite artists
George Michael - Love his music and Wham!, never got to see him.
The Spinners - Not familiar, but I do recognize some songs.
Iron Maiden - Another legend, more on the harder rock side.
Cyndi Lauper - Originally I didn't get much into her music, but I enjoy listening to her.
Soundgarden - Enjoy them with a few hit songs

OUT
Kate Bush - Don't know her music
Missy Elliott - Her music is crap!
A Tribe Called Quest - Never heard of them and they sound like crap.
Warren Zevon - Seems like a one hot wonder with "Werewolves of London"
Joy Division/New Order - Never heard/nor familiar with there music
The White Stripes - Another one hit wonder with "Seven Nation Army"
