Category: Louisiana Parish Names

As much as I wanted to sweep this category, I only thought of 3.
The other two made sense once I heard the answer.

We have 64 parishes.
Yeah, I saw that and figured you'd know them all. I'm a transplant to Maine. There are 16 counties (and I only know that number because of the Allagash beer named for it), and I can probably think of 5 or 6. If I randomly say long native-American words, I'm likely to get a few more.

There are 21 counties in New Jersey. I probably know most of them.

After a year of tournaments, I’m liking the feeling of normalcy watching someone win a bunch of episodes in a row.
Adriana has had a couple of close calls lately, but she’s made a lot of money in 13 games.
I was going to say she's the most low-key champion, but she keeps winning.

I was thinking the same thing.
She's got $300k and will be back for another big money tournament that's set to start any day now.

I've been noticing lately that the judges (or Jennings?) have been really over the top with disqualifying answers. Just two recent examples are pronouncing Wimbledon as "Wimbleton", and giving an answer of "Gumbel" (not good enough), and then saying Bryan (wrong) instead of Bryant.

Considering that Jennings' pronunciation of "genre" as "johrn" instead of "john-ruh" would be considered incorrect by 95% of the population, he should back-off a bit. I don't see that it matters how one pronounces things, if it's clear what they're getting at. It just makes him look like an elitist dick.

I just picture some slob sitting at home, who only shouts out like 5 answers the whole night. Yet when someone says Bryan instead of Bryant, he goes "Hah! What an idiot!"
