This CANNOT be right...it's either satire, clickbait or something dumb, right?

Apparently the KC Chiefs didn't get their stadium renovation vote and they could move to Texas. It SEEMS they'll stay in the area, but the article mentions that the rumblings of a move to Texas...well, it's something.

I got a DVD box set of all of the Fresh Prince of Bel Air episodes and I'm up to season 4. Tonight was episode 12 "You've Got to Be a Football Hero" and who shows up 2/3rds the way through it?

Here's an old email I dug up from 2006:

George Carlin's New Rules For 2006:
New Rule: Competitive eating isn't a sport. It's one of the seven deadly sins. ESPN recently televised the US Open of Competitive Eating, because watching those athletes at the poker table was just too damned exciting. What's next, competitive farting? Oh wait. They're already doing that. It's called "The Howard Stern Show."

Mahaha! What year was that from? Did he ever do the show before that?

The email came to my inbox in 2006, but who the hell knows when the joke was originally made...I'm guessing some time around late 2005 or early 2006.

There was a time when a celebrity died and Howard would make a comment about "I was just going to call them" or "I was going to have them on." Who knows if he really was going to.

It seems George visited in 1992. I'm not sure how many times after that, although MarksFriggin might have clues.

For most of 2006 the show only ran in the morning and only played in the evening with no replays during the day so it could be easy to have missed it. No app as well.

Oh, lol.

The 2006 refers to the joke that came to my inbox. That YouTube clip is from 1992.

I'm watching On Patrol Live and they're in Toledo investigating a fight.

Some lady: "He knew, he knew, he knew."
Me: "You knew!" drop.

Over the last month I've been listening to various Stern clips I have. I heard 5/1/2008 where Jason Kaplan talks about his mother. The clip is an hour long and whoa is it good. Howard was brutal and unrelenting on Jason's mom for the way she treats her son, and she kept denying everything. Then at the end Jason read one of her instant messages on the air ("you make me suicidal") and totally called her out. It was unreal. A lot of typical "that's not the way it happened!" until the undeniable truth was presented, and then all she could say was "don't read that! that's personal!"

They nailed her to a wall! It was brutal.

Well, between sex talk with her anyway...

Howard got back to Shelly's waxing stuff. He said that he really is intrigued by her voice. They asked her some more questions about how many men she's been with and stuff like that. Shelly said that her kids are listening and she doesn't want to talk about that. She said that it's none of their business who she was with. Shelly said that she was a fun girl but didn't get into detail more than that. She said she didn't start having sex until she was in college.
