I predict Bryce Harper, who will earn approximately a thousand dollars per second this season, will help the Phillies about as much as LeBron James has been helping the Lakers. The Braves have Pache, Blanco, McCann, Ramos and Kazmar, all of whom are doing quite well in the preseason, and their new third baseman is former AL MVP Josh Donaldson. I predict the Braves will win the NL East. I also predict their fans will continue to do that idiotic chant and tomahawk chop.

The Braves are my favorite NL team. I live about 2.5 hours North of Atlanta and try and go to one game a year.

I would love to see the Braves win the NL East, but I think the Mets have the best pitching in the division.

Pitching wins championships. I may vote for the Mets.

I usually wait until May on divisions I'm not sure about.

AL East and West. It's almost a sure thing the Red Sox and Astros will repeat.

NL West should be all Dodgers.

The rest are a toss up.

Poll ends 31 July. That should be plenty of time to make a prediction. That also takes us up to the trade deadline.

The last two months of the season is plenty of time for teams to make up ground on the division leader.
