Mike Posner, singer of the summertime hit "Cooler Than Me" plays the latest music, mix some of his own, and describes life as he transitions from college student to music star.

The Mike Posner Show
Posner — singer, songwriter, producer and recent Duke University graduate — self-released two mixtapes and signed a record deal with J Records while still in school. The Detroit native received his diploma from Duke as his song, "Cooler Than Me," was rising on the Billboard charts and he was preparing to hit the road with the Warped Tour.

Posner co-wrote and/or co-produced every track on his debut, 31 Minutes to Takeoff.

On his Faction radio show, Posner will play favorite jams and talk about his life as he navigates the best-selling music charts and his newfound popularity.

"It is going to be so fun to document what happens in my life in such a refreshing manner. Plus, I can't wait to show people all the cool music they've been missing. My show is going to have the best playlist ever!" – Mike Posner

I only listen via Jason Ellis. That alone I will give the channel 4 of 5 Stars.

Umm, you forgot the RED DRAGONS!

Last time I think I ranked it high because of Ellis. Ellis is "the future" and all, but without him, it's just Octane and Punk mixed. What's going to happen when Ellis starts on Howard 100 or 101? IMO, they should make this a full-time music channel, split the "personalities" between Faction and Octane, and go to playing punk to replace the defunct Punk Channel.

:soapbox2: I'm done, who's next?

Oh yeah... 3 stars.

Ellis on Howard 101? If you want him on "Best of Sirius," then sure. This would probably mean more music on Faction, as i'm sure that would open up his old timeslot. I'm not saying keep Ellis off the Howard channels, but just reminding everyone of what a possible move could mean.

Faction needs more punk.

I keep it as a preset, and will listen for a few hours at a time once or twice a week.
Ellis cracks my up, but I don't listen very often, I need to have music on when I'm working.

A little more punk would be cool with me too, but I still give it a 4.
