Celebrities Getting Into Trouble

I think pre-Musk, there was no one person who controlled content and a group of executives likely determined what was acceptable/unacceptable. Warnings were given to violators before removing them. And it was free to be a verified person of fame.

Now under Musk he wants people to pay to say they are a certain famous person (easily exploited, as proven) and people have already been suspended/restricted instantly. Dictatorship.

IMO, Twitter should just be a place you can speak your mind (without hate speech, market manipulation, threats or dangerous misinformation). It's where I find out when artists I like release new music, see firsthand video of incidents occurring around the world, and join in on the worldwide conversations about what's happening on this funky mudball we call Earth.
I think the previous version was more properly an oligarchy rather than a democracy. Democracy would require that group of people to be electable and accountable to the people.

Ah. That works. Though I was talking more that the workers had some say and some rights within the company. Anyhoo...

People are stoopid.
What's the line about a fool and their money?

Oh yeah......Stoopid people are fools with their money.

I especially like the reference to "unsophisticated investors". It reminds me of the guy who said "I love the uneducated!".

Ah yes, you're referring to a Presidential contender who won 45.9% of the vote in the February 2016 Nevada caucus. Fifty-seven percent of voters with a high school education or less voted for him. The candidate later bragged, "We won the evangelicals. We won with young. We won with old. We won with highly educated. We won with poorly educated. I love the poorly educated!" Oy vey!

Stupid crisis juries!

I'd love to see him broke and with his head in the oven of the house the bank is evicting him from.

I really miss the small things like walking barefoot on carpet, sleeping on a nice comfy mattress, eating with real silverware, having access to a microwave.

And your victims miss the big things like their innocence, faith in humanity, not being depressed.
