As a Californian – not that I'm proud of that, mind you – I must point out that the Assembly bill that became law on January 1 2023 is the Sexual Abuse & Cover-Up Accountability Act. I know of no one other than Mister Hectic who has called it "SAC-Up" – although I'm tempted to write a parody of Cameo's Word Up with that title.

Wow, they really fucked up. I saw that apology they made, and how it actually made people more angry. And it provided an opportunity for the media to pull up all the inappropriate things Kutcher has said.
