I love this multi-tracked a-cappella version of American Pie by Los Angeles singer/songwriter/guitarist/pianist percussionist Anne Reburn. This was released as a single on April 29, 2019.

In 5th grade, our teacher would allow us to bring records, and we would have a half hour each week to play records. We all heard "Wild Child" and "Wipe Out" for the first time. Someone brought "American Pie" and our teacher did not like the words. It must have been that Father, Son and Holy Ghost taking the last train for the coast.
