I forget why I've kept this thread open in a tab all day on my phone and I mentioned it in the Pope thread but even still it's never a bad time to mention Rita Ora or Natalie Portman.

Edit: hahaha I didn't read through the thread before posting those. I'm glad my opinions have stayed the same over the past 4 years hahahah.

New Male Favorite: Matthew McConaughey, always been up there but after reading his autobiography I can easily say he's number 1.

Female is pretty much the same although Sydney Sweeney is inching closer.

Sydney Sweeney is inching closer.

I generally feel that hypnotism only works on people who are kind of dumb.

But in the case of Sydney Sweeney, her boobs have every red-blooded American male hypnotized.

She's a pretty girl but I don't think she's like a 10 out of 10. It's just that her boobs are a 10 out of 10 and when it comes to girls we're all kind of dumb and easily hypnotizable the second after we see a chest like that.

My all-time favorite entertainer is Sammy Davis Jr. (1925-90). He sang. He danced. He did impressions. He was a dramatic actor. He was a comedic actor. Among his hit songs are Hey There, Mr. Bojangles, Love Me Or Leave Me, I've Gotta Be Me, What Kind Of Fool Am I, Something's Gotta Give, That Old Black Magic, The Candy Man, The Birth Of The Blues and The Shelter Of Your Arms.

Here is Sammy on The Tonight Show, May 2, 1978. (The post says it's from June 2, 1978. It's wrong.)

Of all the endings of all the television shows I've seen, the ending of that All In The Family episode is my favorite. Sammy had left a briefcase in Archie Bunker's cab and went to Archie's house to pick it up. "I want one picture taken. On three, okay?"

This is a good segue to a feature I'll be introducing tomorrow.

My favorite actor is Tom Hanks. He is really good no matter what character he is playing. I especially liked him in "Saving Private Ryan" and "A Man Called Otto" and as Walt Disney in "Saving Mr. Banks."
As someone who's of the same generation as Hanks, his mega talent seemed improbable in his early career. He was known for Bosom Buddies and Splash, plus movies like Joe vs. the Volcano and Big (which I loved). But I never thought he'd become such a versatile and proficient actor.

Joe vs. the Volcano and Big (which I loved).

Both of these are great. Big is my favorite of the two. Although it is weird that like 12 year old Josh winds up banging adult 30 something woman Susan.....it doesn't really matter what body he's in, he was a literal child. And you all know me. If I am commenting on a boy being too young to bang a woman it should carry weight.

My favorite actor is Tom Hanks.

As someone who's of the same generation as Hanks

No matter the generation, it's very hard to argue against Tom Hanks being the best living actor.

Debates can be had but he'll always be in the conversation.

Hanks spans generations as the best all time actor. If you were alive when or after he became A-list he will 100% be perhaps the best actor of your lifetime. He spans from Boomer to Gen Z at least.

Same way with Denzel Washington when he was on 'St. Elsewhere', which was packed with future stars between Ed Begley Jr. and Howie Mandel (who was a little bit known at that point but not the star he is today, even on a lesser scale than the other two).

Not to mention George Clooney who was originally starring in shows like The Facts of Life and Roseanne.

Well I found out about Tate McRae today and all of a sudden she's my new favorite celebrity.

I have no idea how that happened so fast.

I'm also not 100% sure why she is famous. It must be for philosophy or astrophysics or chemistry or something in academia.
