When should parents be charged for their kid's actions?
There was that one school shooter case I agreed with:

They were warned that their kid was nutso and ignored it and allowed him access to weapons.

I think I agree with these charges. While the law in CA may be way different than any laws concerning kids riding dirt bikes in the country, the law is the law. The parents decided to live in that state. And they were also warned prior to the accident by law enforcement. It's kinda neglectful for them to have allowed the behavior to continue.
