I think Adam was just butt-hurt because he realized that there were a lot of other bands that were more popular than him. He was facing his own limited relevance. That and he was probably strung out at the time. (The 80's)It was an amazing concert (my post was just a punchline, ba-dum TSH!).
And yeah, Adam Ant basically had a mental breakdown shortly after that.
His visits to mental hospitals earned him the title of one of the ‘most troubled pop stars (the UK) has ever produced’ with BBC Channel 4 airing The Madness of Prince Charming about him.
Hey everybody, great news! I think I've finally caught-up to my original list, so now I can continue to the 2nd half of the 70's. Woo hoo!
The next band on my list is the Eagles. My favorites are from when Joe Walsh joined for Hotel California. I know IRBS beat me to it, but this is an awesome live version
Eagles – Hotel California (live)
another good one from that album
Eagles – Life in the Fast Lane (live)
I also like Victim of Love, but it's been scrubbed from the internets. Must be another ownership dispute.
I still like Fast Lane.
Maybe because it wasn't totally overplayed, and maybe because of Fast Times. Although, it's no Moving in Stereo....
