SiriusXM Channel Lineup Excel Spreadsheet

That "someone" is correct. Here are SiriusXM's channel changes effective November 8:

The Bridge moves from 17 to 27
Deep Tracks moves from 27 to 308
BPM moves from from 51 to 52
Diplo’s Revolution moves from 52 to 53
Chill moves from from 53 to 55
Bluesville moves from 74 to 75
Symphony Hall moves from 76 to 78
Kids Place Live moves from 78 to 134
Kidz Bop Radio moves from 79 to 135
Met Opera Radio moves from 355 to online only

300s means only newer radios right? What are they putting at the channels being vacated or is this somebody's idea of a thing to do to keep busy?

I don't listen to Deep Tracks very often but I thought they had DJ's and they are still moving to the 300's.

Deep Tracks' DJs are Jim Ladd, Earle Bailey, Meg Griffin, Carol Miller and Greg Roberson. Bailey and Griffin also host programs on channel 26, Classic Vinyl.

Or a 2.0 radio. I don't how far SXM has advanced in getting 2.0 bands or streaming in the cars but I would think a lot of cars still don't. That's just interesting that Deep Tracks would move to a 300 channels with DJ's in the line up.

Here are a few more channel changes effective November 8:

The Coffeehouse moves from 6 to 17
PopRocks moves from 12 to 6
The Groove moves from 50 to 51
Elvis Radio moves from 75 to 76
SoulCycle Radio moves from 304 to online only
Life With John Mayer debuts at 14

"Why are we making so many changes? Because we can!" :p

Channel 14 is Acoustic Christmas. Life With John Mayer begins November 22 but I do not know which channel it will be on.

SiriusXM added these channels today:

The Kelly Clarkson Connection, channel 12
The Flow, channel 48 – 2000s-2010s R&B
Flex2K, channel 49 – 2000s-2010s hip-hop
Latin Vault, channel 155 – 1950s-60s-70s Latin hits
Alt2K, channel 313 – 2000s aternative rock
Radio Monaco, channel 340 – dance music, house music

Soul Town, channel 74, is now Smokey's Soul Town and will feature stories and memories from Smokey Robinson. The Joint, channel 332, is now Shaggy's Boombastic Radio.

The Kelly Clarkson Connection - Kinda Corny. Capiche?
The Flow - I heard the reception can be kind-of spotty.
Flex2K - Wasn't Suzanne Somers selling these?
Latin Vault - Is this like a Mexican prison?
Alt2K - I might actually check this out.
Radio Monaco - I can relive my Uber rides through Europe.

At least Smokey Robinson and Shaggy are still alive. SiriusXM channel 75 is B.B. King's Bluesville – and King died in 2015!

If the Kelly Clarkson channel doesn't include bumpers from a phlegm-filled Erik Bleaman, I'm out.

We still could use a channel that is:
90s grunge (think Seattle bands, including their 80s stuff)
90s hard stuff (think Metallica, Disturbed)
Early 2000s hard stuff (think the earlier part of Turbo.)

Basically what a modern/active rock station would have played after Howard Stern went off the air for the day circa 1997-2005.

Lithium is not that channel and neither is Turbo.

Me? Put Shaggy on that Onederland One Hit Wonder channel? It wasn't me!

And from what I've heard, this shift still isn't as bad as the one that helped clear space for 100/101. Apparently THAT was a humdinger.
