You might like this video, Mister Hectic. This is the title song of Elvis Presley's 1967 movie Clambake. It's one of the stupidest songs he ever recorded. It ranks right up there with No Room To Rhumba In A Sports Car. Some of the people dancing seem to be mimicking the kids in A Charlie Brown Christmas.

Struck out tonight.
I got home and the first thing the Mrs said was, "Let's get Mexican for dinner tonight since you'll be out the next two nights."
I never stood a chance........

I forget where (and can't find it) but I was complaining that 90% of the Facebook "Reels" and YouTube "Shorts" are just young ladies in revealing clothes doing stuff that nobody would want to see if an average Joe were doing it.

Well, it keeps happening. I never click on them! Why can't I get some dude shredding a guitar or an old lady being helped across the street. Stop making me look bad! I can't open social media without looking like a lecherous D.O.M.

My reels are all clips from "Married with Children", TBBT, "2 1/2 Men", "Seinfeld" or "Fraiser". I do click on them if I am bored.

There are times when I get girls or young women showing-off in my reels, but they are all much classier than these skanks. I'm not sure why. But the way it works is that they see how long it takes you to scroll by, and that determines whether they keep going with that type of thing, or go with something else.

Right now, I'm getting a lot of Formula 1 related reels. Sometimes I get stuff related to Supercar Blondie, the exotic car reviewer. But my Facebook feed is 90% random, maybe 10% from friends and groups. And the random stuff is targeted to whatever I've searched for, or not scrolled by fast enough. I was getting random pics of Dua Lipa for a while. I'm getting a lot of Seinfeld and Curb Your Enthusiasm stuff now. And stuff related to Rick Beato.

They do catch my eye (I mean, I am human). But I don't linger. And I've never clicked on a reel EVER of any content. What's interesting is just after making that post, my next set of reels were a guy playing guitar and something else random. Maybe complaining here registered in Facebook's AI (aka Big Brother) and fixed my feed.

I don't look at my reels.....I.m not even sure where they are.
I'm glad that I don't spend much time on FB.
When I go on Facebook, I see "stories" at the top, which I only recently figured out what they are. The "reels" are in-between posts, they kind of look like stories. They're both short videos. And then there's "people you may know", which they stick in there too.

The troubling part of this is when some conspiracy nut keeps getting more conspiracies to reinforce his nuttiness.

If there are enough to tik toks or YouTube shorts about it then it's not a conspiracy anymore....it's obviously true!!
