It was in a tweet I saw and it's making me nuts I can't figure it out. I know it's likely something very simple. Help me out.

"retart". It means "to tart again."

14 Years Ago Today, A Dude Designed A "Kill-dozer" And Destroyed An Entire Town Because Of Zoning Disputes With His Muffler Shop

Couple things should be pointed out here:

A local bakery owner said Heemeyer “went out of his way” not to harm anyone.

Marvin shot himself in the head which is the sad ending of the whole thing, but at least no innocent people were hurt.

Just fucking annihilated Town Hall and the former mayor’s house. To the point where the Governor allegedly almost called the National Guard

That is weird. I saw the family of the dead girl was happy he got killed. And the woman who killed him is straight up insane.
