Many cities are banning plastic straws in an effort to reduce waste and pollution. Metal straws are environmentally friendly and can be reused virtually forever. But watch out for that.......straw?

Aside from that unfortunate event, I'm not a fan of metal straws. Are we supposed to walk around with them in our man-bags, just in case we need to suck something? And there's a sterilization issue. I vote for paper straws.

Paper straws work better than I thought they would.
The Mrs bought us some metal straws. They come with a little straw brush to keep them clean on the inside.
