It was Howard's decision. I can't blame him for wanting to talk almost non-stop and I'm sure it's great for Beth that he talks to someone else every once in a while. Someone of his status definitely deserves the right to end things on their own terms.
Monday: Show
Tuesday: Sternthology. Whatever Howard talks about Monday, they play related archival material here.
Wednesday: Wrap-Up Wednesday.
Thursday and Friday: Archival material. It seems this will be random stuff.
Thursday: Monday's show (and maybe other stuff?) appears on HBO Max. Based on the preview, it sounds like there'll be lots of old stuff. Go into HBO Max, type "Howard" and you'll see a preview.
The gaggle of stuff on the app still exists.
And yeah, I'm glad I got my $4/mo (with bonus item) plan. It's essentially $50/yr for a Bluetooth device and the radio is in someone else's car as a Christmas present.

Even I thought he'd be done by 2015 or maybe 2020, but I wouldn't be surprised if outside forces (Robin's cancer, COVID, Donald Trump being president) kept him around for longer than he originally intended.

Then again, a quick search seems to...ummm... reveal (get it?) the fact that everything she wears might be a titty dress.
It's still not as awkward as that one a while back where Jimmy and the guest were talking about how awkward it was and they actually edited that segment out of the replay.

Not to get political, as that's against the rules, but this *is* a show connection:
Last night, Vivek Ramaswamy lost to Amy Acton for the Ohio Gubernatorial election. The downfall of his campaign seemed to be when he used her estranged mother in a commercial. Many years ago, when she was 12, her father (stepfather maybe?) raped her. Her mother elected to stay with the rapist.
Naturally, Amy Acton told them both to fuck off. She hasn't spoken to her mother in many years. The rapist died some time ago.
Anyhoo, the Ohio polls closed at 7:30pm last night. Around 11pm, Vivek called her to congratulate her.
The phone call went straight to voicemail.
The thing about a recording?
As Gary once said: "You can play it again and again and again."
Yup. My mind went to the infamous love tape.
It really does seem like everything can be connected to the show.
