Adventures In Koopland

Thanks everyone!

Yesterday I had my first blowup at 2, but really just 1, of my agents. We have more OT coming up and I was tasked with getting everyone's OT schedules. Sounds easy but took way too long. When I finally had it all worked out for everyone and just finished scanning/emailing it to the PM, 2 of them go and tell me they may not want to stay the whole time they put down. This made me nuts. One of those two is always super loud and I try my best to not constantly tell her to tone it down. Anyway I tell them that it's set in stone and they had all day to decide. So they both push back on that and I focus on the loud one telling her it can't be changed. She notices I'm focused on her and asks why and I tell her cause she's always super loud.

Anyway, turns out they were busting my balls and I totally fell for it. They really got me and in my upset state I may have been a bit too harsh and honest. Whatever, it wasn't a huge deal.

Hah. I do feel like this from time to time. Especially coming in after a weekend I think "hey they must have figured out that I'm completely incompetent over the past 2 days without me". While some of it may be true I do know that I'm overall pretty good at it.

It was uneventful. Def. no drinking for me. Funny thing was that the woman who set it all up showed up so late that we couldn't politely wait for her to begin eating. By the time she got there we were more than half way done. It was a fine night though, nothing too bad or good. I guess I'm happy I went just cause the rest of them saw me there.
 
Guess who's driving suspended again?

At least this time I know how to fix it but it was supposed to be fixed for good last time. If this is going to happen every 6 or 8 weeks we have a real problem going on here.

Those MFers. Sounds like a story about credit and divorce I'll have to share sometime.
